Halva
Handmade halva produced just like our craftsmen have been doing for more than 100 years. Based on the tahini we produce in our factory from the finest sesames globally, it is one of the purest halvas. Tahini and melted sugar in the form of “caramel” are carefully mixed in the semi-circular “basimia” (basins). This way our halva gets its characteristic fiber-like crispy feel, which allows it to be cut by knife without being crushed and at the same have a premium taste.
